DRIP is a first of its kind, boutique hot strength & conditioning studio that offers small group personal training in a stunning 30-35 degree infrared heated studio.

We are a 100 membership only studio. If we have memberships available we offer 4 types that can be purchased on our app or through our membership tab;
2 classes per week
3 classes per week
4 classes per week
5 classes per week
We also offer drop in classes and a 10 & 20 class pack
If there are none available please contact us at contact@driphouse.au to place your name on our waitlist for when a membership becomes available.

Log in to your DRIP | HOUSE OF HOT APP. Select the studio in the top left, select the date and time, then click book! We recommend you select the calendar reminder to receive a notification with your booking details.

Due to our small group classes of only 10, we always recommend booking in advance as classes tend to fill up quickly. If you do decide to just show up and the class is full you are welcome to wait the first 10 minutes and if there are any no shows take their spot.

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to your first class. This will allow you time to meet your trainer and familiarise yourself with the studio.
If you are late to class you may not be able to train. Let your instructor know of any past or present injuries so that they can provide modifications for you.
YOU MUST BYO A SWEAT TOWEL TO LAY OVER YOUR MAT - NO TOWEL NO PLAY POLICY FOR YOUR SAFETY AND THE COMFORT OF OTHERS.
We provide filtered chilled water to refill your plastic water bottle (no glass bottles please). We have space available to store your keys/phone during class.

Due to our infrared heaters, DRIP is not suitable for any stage of your pregnancy.

Our classes are capped at 10 people max which allows your trainer to get to know you, your body and you goals on a much deeper level so that plateauing will NEVER exist when you are in our hands

All of our classes in the are suitable for all levels. Your trainer will give you lots of options to cater for all abilities. Remember it gets hot in the studio so your heart rate will naturally elevate.

Wear comfortable clothes you can sweat, stretch and move in. We recommend gym shorts, leggings and either a t-shirt, singlet or crop top.
