DRIP | CONDITIONING

DRIP is our signature 50 minute conditioning session that is going to shake up your sh*t.

Get ready to sweat your ass off, burn a tonne of calories and leave with your mind and body energised.

We promise to keep you on your toes every week with challenging and addictive formats that’ll have you leaving the studio invigorated and excited for your next class.

Expect to DRIP like you never have before with a spicy combination of body weight and weighted movements in our 30-35 degree infrared studio.

BURN | STRENGTH

BURN is our 50 minute dumbbell only strength class that was formulated to build strength, muscle and tone your body like you wouldn’t believe.

We will be curating the perfect 4-12 week strength blocks that will have you progressing each week in an incredibly fun format, that’ll have you excited for every session.

BURN will be delivered in 3 class types.

LOWER BODY | UPPER & ABS | FULL BODY

This will ensure that every movement pattern and muscle group will be hit the perfect amount to sculpt the body of your dreams.

We believe in quality of movement over intensity every time, so prepare to move slow, in full range of motion and most importantly with intent.
